Schedule a pickup

We come to you.

Containers delivered ahead of time, collection scheduled around your access constraints, and documentation issued at the point of transfer rather than weeks later.

How pickups work

  1. Confirm the scope

What is being collected, how much of it, where it sits in the building, and what documentation you need back.

  2. Equipment delivered ahead

Pallets, gaylords, security totes or roll-off containers dropped in advance so your team is not packing on the day.

  3. Scheduled collection

Around dock hours, freight elevator windows, escort requirements and after-hours access where the site requires it.

  4. Documented transfer

Chain of custody signed at the point of collection. Sealed loads and GPS-tracked transport for data-bearing and controlled material.

  5. Processing and reporting

Serialized reports, Certificates of Destruction, weight tickets and settlement follow on the agreed schedule.

Multi-site programs. If you are coordinating collections across several locations, tell us up front — we schedule the whole program and return one reconciled reporting package rather than a stack of unrelated tickets.

Request a pickup

Give us the location, the material and your preferred window. We confirm within one business day.

We work with businesses and institutions only.

We use this only to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or share it, and we will not add you to a mailing list.

Pickup questions

Is pickup free?

For qualifying business volumes in Dallas–Fort Worth, yes. Loads with recoverable value generally cover the logistics. Small quantities, long distances and material with regulated disposal costs may carry a charge — which we state before scheduling, not after.

How much notice do you need?

Two to three business days is comfortable for DFW. Urgent pickups are often possible same or next day. Statewide projects need more lead time depending on scope and crew scheduling.

Do you supply packaging and containers?

Yes — pallets, gaylords, security totes and roll-off containers, delivered ahead of collection so your team is not improvising on the day.

Can you work after hours or on weekends?

Yes, where the site requires it. Data center and office work frequently has to happen outside business hours, and building access windows are handled during scheduling rather than discovered on arrival.
