Serialized reports, Certificates of Destruction, weight tickets and settlement follow on the agreed schedule.
What decides whether we cover the collection
On a lot of jobs we cover the pickup outright. On others the transport has to be part of the quote. It is not a policy, it is arithmetic, and these are the inputs — the same five things our team asks about on every call, so it is worth putting them in your first message.
- Volume and weight. A rough count or an approximate tonnage is enough at this stage — pallets, racks, skids, container loads.
- What the material actually is. Copper-rich electrical gear, aerospace alloys and recent IT hardware carry recoverable value. Light plastic-heavy equipment does not.
- Distance from Arlington. Freight is the single most volatile cost in this business right now, and it scales with miles regardless of what is on the truck.
- What the removal takes on site. Dock or no dock, stairs or elevator, racks to be unbolted, gear to be disconnected, rigging, escort or after-hours access.
- Anything needing regulated handling. Oils, batteries and similar material have to be routed properly, and that carries a real cost we have to account for.
Send us those five and you get a firm answer in one business day instead of a range. We put it in writing before scheduling — we would rather tell you the number up front than surprise you with it after the truck has come and gone.
Multi-site programs. If you are coordinating collections across several locations, tell us up front — we schedule the whole program and return one reconciled reporting package rather than a stack of unrelated tickets.

Pickup questions
Is pickup free?
It can be, and it comes down to what you have and how much of it. When the volume and the recoverable value in a load are enough to carry the logistics, we cover the collection. Small quantities, long hauls from Arlington, heavy teardown labour and material that carries regulated disposal costs are the cases where it goes the other way. Tell us what the material is, roughly how much, where it sits and how it comes out of the building, and we will give you a straight answer within one business day — in writing, before anything is scheduled.
What determines whether you cover the pickup?
Five things, in roughly this order: the volume and weight; the material mix and how much recoverable value is in it; the distance from our Arlington facility; what the removal actually takes on site — dock or no dock, stairs, rigging, disconnection, dismantling; and whether anything in the load needs regulated handling. Two loads of the same size can land on opposite sides of the line because of these. This is why we ask for detail up front rather than quoting a blanket rate.
How much notice do you need?
Two to three business days is comfortable for DFW. Urgent pickups are often possible same or next day. Statewide projects need more lead time depending on scope and crew scheduling.

Yes — pallets, gaylords, security totes and roll-off containers, delivered ahead of collection so your team is not improvising on the day.
Can you work after hours or on weekends?
Yes, where the site requires it. Data center and office work frequently has to happen outside business hours, and building access windows are handled during scheduling rather than discovered on arrival.
