Forward logistics moves product out to customers. Reverse logistics moves it back — in this case, retired equipment from many locations back to a single processing facility, with the packaging, scheduling, transport, custody documentation and reconciliation that requires.
How many sites can you coordinate at once?
Programs range from a handful of branches to statewide rollouts. The practical limit is scheduling rather than count, so give us the site list early and we will build a calendar around your constraints.
Do you supply packaging to each site?
Yes — pallets, gaylords, security totes or roll-off containers, delivered ahead of collection along with written packing and labelling instructions, so nobody is improvising on the day.
Can you work to a recurring schedule?
Yes. Refresh cycles, lease returns and seasonal clear-outs are all easier as a standing program than as a series of one-off requests.
What reporting do we get across multiple sites?
One consolidated package: a serialized asset report covering every device from every site, Certificates of Destruction, settlement for recovered materials, and environmental diversion figures — reconciled as a whole rather than site by site.
