The deliverable is not only the removal. It is the record that proves what happened — the file your auditor, examiner, insurer or quality department will eventually open.

Ask for the templates before you award. Reviewing an actual sample Certificate of Destruction and asset report before selecting a vendor is the fastest way to find out whether the reporting will satisfy your auditor. We will send annotated samples to anyone who asks — including while you are still evaluating our competitors.
Procurement questions
How quickly can you return a completed vendor packet?
Same business day for standard documents — W-9, certificates of insurance, certifications and references. Custom security questionnaires and supplier portals typically take two to three business days depending on length.
Can you be added as an approved vendor in our supplier portal?
Yes. Send the invitation and we will complete registration. We are familiar with the common contractor pre-qualification platforms and can work through site-specific requirements.
Do you carry pollution legal liability coverage?
Yes. Because we perform on-site removal work — substation teardowns, plant dismantling, equipment removal — pollution legal liability is carried alongside general liability, auto, workers’ compensation and cargo coverage. Limits and additional-insured endorsements are confirmed on the certificate of insurance.
Will you sign our master services agreement, NDA or business associate agreement?
Yes to all three. NDAs and BAAs are routine for us. MSAs go through review, and we will flag anything that conflicts with our certification obligations rather than signing and hoping it never comes up.
Can you provide a Certificate of Destruction template before we award the work?
Yes, and we encourage it. Reviewing the actual documentation before award is the single best way to confirm a vendor will produce what your auditor needs. Ask and we will send an annotated sample.
