Industrial
Industrial & Commercial Scrap Metal Recycling
Ferrous and non-ferrous scrap from manufacturing plants, contractors, fabricators and facilities. Scheduled service, honest scales, documented settlement.
For a plant, scrap is a byproduct that quietly turns into either a cost centre or a revenue line depending entirely on how it is managed. The difference is usually segregation — mixed loads settle at the lowest-value material present.
We build commercial scrap programs: containers at the point of generation, scheduled pulls that match your production rate, and settlement documentation your accounting department can reconcile.
Materials we buy
- Copper — bare bright, #1, #2, tubing, insulated wire
- Aluminum — extrusion, sheet, cast, chips and turnings, radiators
- Brass, bronze and red metals
- Stainless steel — 304, 316, and specialty grades
- Steel and iron — plate, structural, punchings, machine shop turnings
- Nickel and high-temperature alloys
- Electric motors, transformers and electrical scrap
- Carbide and tool steel
- Catalytic converters
- Plant machinery and production equipment
Setting up a commercial account
Assess the stream
Site visit to see what is generated, in what volume, at what rate, and where it accumulates.
Place equipment
Roll-offs, self-dumping hoppers, gaylords or lugger boxes at the point of generation.
Design segregation
Labelled containers by alloy where separation adds value. Training for the crews who actually fill them.
Scheduled service
Pulls on a rhythm that matches production, plus on-call for surges.
Weigh and settle
Certified scales, itemized weight tickets by material, settlement against published indices.
How we work with plants
Segregation that pays for itself
Separating alloys at the source routinely lifts recovery well beyond the cost of the extra containers.
Itemized tickets
Weight by material, priced against published indices. No single-line mystery number.
Reliable pulls
A full container that is not serviced becomes a production problem, not a scrap problem.
Certified environmental chain
ISO 14001 and R2v3 mean your diversion reporting is defensible.
Industrial Scrap Metal Recycling — common questions
Do you serve individuals?
No. TDR Recycle works with businesses, institutions and government. Commercial accounts only.
Do you provide containers?
Yes — roll-offs, hoppers, gaylords and lugger boxes, placed and serviced on a schedule set by your production rate.
How is pricing set?
Against published market indices for the specific material and grade, adjusted for volume, contamination and logistics. Pricing is stated per material on every ticket.
What area do you serve?
All of Texas from our Arlington facility. DFW gets same-week or faster container service.
Can you handle a plant shutdown or full liquidation?
Yes — see Factory Dismantling. We handle full teardown, removal and settlement.

Roll-Off Containers
Containers sized to your stream, placed where the work happens, pulled on a schedule that keeps pace with production.
Factory Dismantling & Plant Liquidation
Plant closures, line removals and full-site clearance — dismantled, removed and settled, with the recoverable value working against your project cost.
Aerospace Scrap Recycling
ITAR-registered and ISO 9001 certified. We buy aerospace alloys, run bonded and segregated scrap programs, and issue documented certificates of destruction for non-conforming and life-limited parts.
