Industrial
Factory Dismantling & Plant Liquidation
Plant closures, line removals and full-site clearance — dismantled, removed and settled, with the recoverable value working against your project cost.
When a plant closes, the scrap is rarely the point. The point is a deadline: a lease that ends, a sale that closes, a landlord expecting bare slab. Everything else is negotiable and that date is not.
We take on the whole scope — machinery, process equipment, structural steel, piping, electrical infrastructure — and the recoverable material value works directly against the cost of the project.
Scope we handle
- Production machinery and process equipment
- Conveyors, tanks, vessels and piping
- Structural steel, mezzanines and racking
- Electrical infrastructure, switchgear and transformers
- HVAC, compressors and utility systems
- Overhead cranes and material handling systems
- Demolition scrap and site clearance
How a project runs
Site survey and inventory
Full walk-through and equipment inventory, identifying what can be cut and removed cleanly versus what needs rigging, and where the recoverable material is concentrated.
Proposal
Scope, method, schedule, safety plan and net financial position — cost or credit, stated plainly.
Mobilize
Crews, rigging, torch, containers and transport, working under an ISO 45001 safety management system.
Dismantle and remove
Sequenced to your handover deadline, coordinated with any other trades on site.
Settle and document
Weight tickets, settlement statement, diversion reporting and a clean site.
Factory Dismantling & Plant Liquidation — common questions
Can the scrap value offset the cost of dismantling?
Frequently, and sometimes it exceeds it. Heavy-steel and copper-rich facilities can produce a net credit. Light, contaminated or difficult-access sites tend to run a net cost. We assess and state which before you commit.
Do you carry the insurance our site requires?
Yes, including pollution legal liability. Certificates are available immediately through our procurement page.
How fast can you mobilize?
DFW projects typically within days. Statewide depends on scope — tell us your handover date and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
