Demolition Scrap Metal — Contractor Accounts

Structural steel, rebar, copper, conduit and mechanical systems off demolition and renovation sites. Containers placed, pulled fast, settled fair.

On a demolition site, scrap service is a schedule dependency. A container that does not get pulled stops the work in front of it.

We run contractor accounts with the responsiveness that implies: containers placed where the work is, pulls that keep pace with the crew, and settlement that does not require chasing.

What we take off demolition sites

  • Copper pipe, wire and conduit
  • HVAC units, ductwork and mechanical systems

  • Mixed ferrous and non-ferrous

Demolition Scrap — common questions

How quickly can you swap a full container?

DFW sites are typically same or next business day. Tell us your production rate up front and we will set a standing schedule so you are not calling.

Do you place containers on active job sites?

Yes, coordinated with your site superintendent for access and placement.

Do you buy mixed loads?

Yes, though separated loads pay significantly better. On sites generating meaningful copper or non-ferrous, a second container usually pays for itself immediately.

Tell us what you have.

Send photos, a nameplate, a rack count or an asset list. You will get a written response from a person who has read it — within one business day, usually the same day.
